Tools to use with students
Tool 01
Surrender & Seeking the Lord
Surrender is the foundation for sending well. Help students understand its importance. The “Satisfied” booklet is a good start, and “The Playing Field of Surrender” (adapted from the video) is a helpful reflection.
Tool 02
The 5 Things
After a foundation of surrender, have an intentional conversation with each graduating student — using The 5 Things as a guide — to help them build a plan for living out their mission in the next stage of life.

A handout to use with graduating students or alumni as they consider their future options — graduate school, full-time ministry, and entering the marketplace. Watch the video to learn how to use it.

SLM — Leader Strategies bridge
Do your students know the opportunities to be involved with Leader Strategies in your country? Consider a meet-up where graduating students can learn about these ministries and meet people serving in them.
Mobilizing alumni
No matter if alumni have used these tools or have no exposure yet, consider reaching out and inviting them back for an alumni event — where they can consider how God is inviting them to invest in His Kingdom work where they currently are.
